Prior to production, each slab undergoes thorough seasoning and continuous moisture monitoring to ensure long-term adaptation to indoor environments. Proper moisture control helps minimize warping, checking, and seasonal movement, contributing to superior tabletop stability and durability.
Before casting, all wood surfaces and edge areas are meticulously cleaned and sealed. The entire pouring and curing process takes place in a controlled environment to minimize air bubbles, contaminants, and internal stress while optimizing the bond between wood and resin. Our conference table bases are engineered to support up to 1,000 lbs, providing reliable support for large solid wood and epoxy tabletops. Installation is straightforward and does not require pre-drilling the tabletop. Once your table arrives, we’ll provide clear installation instructions to guide you through the setup process.

Yes. We provide custom drawings for approval before production begins. For many custom projects, wood slab options can also be shared for review and selection, helping ensure the final table matches your design vision and project requirements.
After your order is placed, we’ll send you CAD drawings to review before production begins. You’ll have a chance to check the dimensions and design details and let us know if any small adjustments are needed. Once the drawings are approved, major changes may be more difficult to make. If a revision is still possible, an additional fee may apply depending on the change and how far along the table is in production.
Our standard U.S. delivery is free curbside delivery. If you’d like inside delivery, room placement, or installation assistance, you can add White Glove Delivery for an additional fee.
For everyday care, simply wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth and a mild cleaner, then dry it with a clean cloth. Avoid abrasive pads, harsh chemicals, and placing very hot items directly on the tabletop. Using coasters, placemats, or desk pads can also help protect the finish and keep your epoxy table looking its best over time.
