Kiln Drying & Wood Stabilization
Each slab is kiln-dried to reduce moisture content and improve long-term stability.
Cutting & Surface Preparation
The slab is cut to size, flattened, sanded, and prepared for the resin process.
Mold Building
A custom mold is built and leveled to match the slab dimensions and table design.
Resin Mixing & Pouring
Resin is mixed to the selected color and poured to create the desired river or resin design.
Multi-Stage Curing
The resin is poured and cured in stages to ensure proper curing and structural integrity.
Demolding
After curing is complete, the tabletop is removed from the mold and prepared for finishing.
Sanding & Surface Refinement
The tabletop is sanded through multiple stages to create a smooth and consistent surface.
Finishing & Protective Coating
A protective finish is applied to enhance durability and everyday performance.
Quality Inspection
Each table is inspected for workmanship, finish quality, and overall construction before shipment.

Yes. Every conference table is built to order and can be customized in size, shape, wood species, resin color, tabletop thickness, edge profile, power integration, base design, and other project-specific details.

Yes. We provide custom drawings for approval before production begins. For many custom projects, wood slab options can also be shared for review and selection, helping ensure the final table matches your design vision and project requirements.

Yes. We accept checks for eligible orders. Production will begin once the payment has been received and successfully cleared. Please contact our team for payment instructions and mailing details.

Complimentary shipping is included within the contiguous United States. Additional shipping charges may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, islands, remote locations, or deliveries requiring special handling.

Yes. Orders can be canceled before production begins. Production does not start until the final drawings have been reviewed and approved. Once production has started, cancellation fees may apply based on the stage of production.

Because each table is custom-made to approved specifications, custom orders are generally non-returnable. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible (preferably within 14 days of delivery) to initiate a claim. Our team will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Tabletops are covered by a 1-year limited warranty, while table bases and legs are covered by a 2-year limited warranty.
