Customization Process

Every table follows a carefully managed process from slab selection to final delivery.

Step 1-Design Consultation & Slab Selection

Wood species and slab selections are made based on your project requirements, preferred style, and table dimensions.

Step 2-Kiln Drying & Wood Stabilization

Each slab is kiln-dried to reduce moisture content and improve long-term stability.

Step 3-Cutting & Surface Preparation

The slab is cut to size, flattened, sanded, and prepared for the resin process.

Step 4-Mold Building

A custom mold is built and leveled to match the slab dimensions and table design.

Step 5-Resin Mixing & Pouring

Resin is mixed to the selected color and poured to create the desired river or resin design.

Step 6-Multi-Stage Curing

The resin is poured and cured in stages to ensure proper curing and structural integrity.

After curing is complete, the tabletop is removed from the mold and prepared for finishing.

Step 8-Sanding & Surface Refinement

The tabletop is sanded through multiple stages to create a smooth and consistent surface.

A protective finish is applied to enhance durability and everyday performance.
