Shipping policy

LuxCraftWood provides professional delivery services for all orders. Each piece is carefully inspected, packaged, and transported according to its size, weight, and configuration to help ensure safe delivery.

Order Processing Timeline

Orders placed before 5:00 PM Los Angeles Time (PST/PDT) will be processed the same business day for wood slab sourcing and CAD drawing updates.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be scheduled for material sourcing and drawing updates on the following business day.

Curbside Delivery

Complimentary curbside delivery is included within the contiguous United States.

Additional shipping charges may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, islands, remote locations, or deliveries requiring special handling. Any applicable charges will be confirmed with the customer prior to shipment.

Delivery Time

Order Production & Handling Time: 7 - 10 weeks (from drawing approval).

Transit & Shipping Time: 2 - 3 weeks.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 9 - 11 weeks.

White Glove Service

White Glove Delivery is available as an optional service for an additional charge.

This service includes room-of-choice placement, basic assembly assistance, and removal of standard packaging materials.

Delivery Inspection

Please inspect your shipment before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD).

If visible damage is present, please note it on the POD, take photos, and contact us within 14 business days of delivery.

After-Sales Support

In the event of shipping damage or delivery-related issues, we will work promptly to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, refund, or other suitable solutions.
